This book is the first one for the author. Although that she doesn’t have a lot of books, but I really fall in love with her writing style. It simple and easy to understand It. maybe because it’s a middle-grade book?
the book has 8 chapter. Each Character has its own chapter and I really love the fact the writer brings a multilabel point of view. The story follows a boy his name is August "Auggie" Pullman. He is 10 years old live with his parent and his sitter. He has a medical condition, often equated with Treacher Collins syndrome (TCS), which has left his face disfigured. Due to his condition, August has been homeschooled by his mother. But one day his parent register him in a middle school. What will happen is his first day of school? And what the obstacle that will face him? how will people treat him?
this book is so beautiful. It makes me so emotional. You will laugh, cry, love and hate some Character. It really has a powerful message in it and people should know it. if a person looks different that doesn’t me we should treat him differently. Because eventually, we are all the same. I wish all people to read this book because we really need to understand this.
This book has a movie adaptation and I felt the same with watching it. I highly recommend watching it.
Thank you and see you in another book review.
